About me
Hi, I’m Ollie.
“I wanted local tech support to feel personal, considered and properly finished. I couldn’t quite find it. So I built it.”
I’ve always been the person people call when a computer refuses to start, the Wi-Fi stops at the back door, or a new bit of kit simply won’t behave. That curiosity became a career spanning hands-on installation and repair, service desk support and IT service management.
Section 16 Techworks is my way of doing the job the way I think it should be done: one person from first message to final handover, straight answers, careful work, and no hiding behind jargon. I support homes and small businesses across BA3.
